ADHD Coaching works to the AFC Accredited ADHD Works Executive Framework programme that helps focus on some of the core areas that may be holding you back. We focus on identifying your strengths and find out what holds you back.

We offer 121 coaching over Teams. Our neurodivergent coaching is designed around you, whilst our framework is consistent it is important that you as the client is supported, that you trust us and that you are able to utilise the skills we discuss in coaching. Our ADHD Certified CPD approved coaching is part of ADHD Works' Executive Functioning Methodology with Executive coaching for work. With 100's of hours coaching, you can trust us to explore exactly what you need.
We can do one off sessions or offer discounts for multiple sessions booked in advance.
Our group coaching sessions are with four to six people and designed to take you through a programme and framework to discover you "Strengths, Saboteurs and Sparks" and for you to have a structured framework to help you understand more about why you may respond in a specific way. This is a great way to also learn and share how other people think their journey with ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions.
Managing Neurodiverse employees should be creative, entrepreneurial and inspiring. They encourage you to think differently and can provide innovation in a unique and agile way.
However, many managers can find managing neurodiverse employees difficult, hard work or complicated, when it should be rewarding and fun. We can help move managers from daunted to delivery with interactive small coaching sessions aimed at creating inclusive workplaces, enhancing team dynamics inclusively, and fostering a culture of acceptance that work for everyone.
We offer joint coaching with managers and the employee to help foster a stronger understanding, nurture talent and develop a joint path together.
Neurodiverse people can suffer from high rate of burn out, due to the high standards, excellence in hyperfocus and delivery when it interests us.
But all of our energy can result in burn out. We offer coaching and training to explore and understand the cycle of Burnout, what the triggers specific to neurodiversity are and how to break the patterns; focus on consistency and building up self-awareness to help support you in the future.
