ABOUT US

Neurodiversity

It is estimated 10-15% of the UK population have a form of neurodiversity.

Neurodiversity covers a huge umbrella from ADHD to Autism, Tourette's, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia and more. It's complex and often appears as Blended Neurodiversity™.

It's also about your own experience, which like your DNA code is specific to you and how you perceive and interact with the world.

Neurodiverse people are not broken.  They see the world in a different way - curious, creative, entrepreneurial and innovative but they often impacted by the world around them which isn't always designed for us. This is where we come in.

These individuals will inspire new processes, generate innovation, develop creative solutions, see the bigger picture and revolutionise your business.

Organisations often come to us to ask how to support their neurodiverse employees. This is either as a result of the development of DEI initiatives or as a result of a realisation of lack of support in the workplace.

The challenge for this approach is it's driven without being person-centric and can be perceived that these individuals are a problem to be managed and changed rather than looking at helping individuals to thrive.

So how do you crack the DNA code that helps you to see all employees as your biggest asset?

About our CEO

Sarah is a huge advocate for neurodiversity, with lived experience with ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder and Dyspraxia. Her passion for understanding what makes people tick and how the brain works and functions has enabled her to truly understand the full diversity of the people she coaches, recognising that one person's needs are often very different from another.

Sarah has two boys, one with ADHD and the other with ADHD, Sensory Modulation Disorder, dyspraxia  and is autistic. Sarah has balanced family life, work, and coaching while being neurodiverse herself. This has meant building up resources, tools, and approaches that can help bring success across all areas.

Sarah is an award-winning business leader, naturally empathetic, and has coached many teams and individuals, with a person-centred approach through her 30 years of corporate experience.

ND DNA have a team of ADHD coaches, wellness and culture professionals to help you and your organisation.
