I am the CEO and Founder of ND DNA. We offer neurodiversity individual and group coaching and workshops to help organisations, staff and employees along their neurodiversity journey.
Sarah is a huge advocate for neurodiversity, with lived experience with ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder and Dyspraxia. Her passion for understanding what makes people tick and how the brain works and functions has enabled her to truly understand the full diversity of the people she coaches, recognising that one person's needs are often very different from another's.
Sarah has two boys, one with ADHD and the other with ADHD, Sensory Modulation Disorder and has dyspraxic and is autistic. Sarah has balanced family life, work, and coaching while being neurodiverse herself. This has meant building up resources, tools, and approaches that can help bring success across all areas.
Sarah is an award-winning business leader, naturally empathetic, and has coached many teams and individuals, with a person-centred approach through her 30 years of corporate experience.
She is qualified as a Mental Health First Aider, Executive Function Skills, CACHE Complete SENDs - Level 4 , Managing Autism, and Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace. She is a member of the Association for Coaching. Sarah is also a trustee of a charity that supports children with SENS and a governor for a local NHS Trust.
